At the pinnacle of [[Last Port]] lies [[Cloud Top]], an ancient, fortified castle that has seen better days. Once a symbol of power and dominance, the castle now stands as a crumbling monument to forgotten glories. It's purpose, as well as [[Last Port|Last Port's]] lost to time. [[The Black Wings]], led by [[Tatiana Shayde]], have claimed the stronghold as their own. Though the structure is barely functional, it remains a powerful symbol of control over [[Last Port]]. [[The Black Wings]] use **Cloud Top** as a base for their operations converting it's structure into makeshift Airship Workshops, and from this vantage point, they keep a watchful eye on the rest of the island below. #### Cloud Top Ship Docks Located near [[Cloud Top]], is a robust collection of Ship docks. They are the only working shipyards on [[Last Port]]. Deteriorated with time and in constantly in need of repair, the docks are littered with the skeletal remains of airships on other sky vehicles, as [[Tatiana Shayde]] and the other [[Alvari Empire|Alvari]] work together with [[Tikko]] and his detachment of artificers to rebuild their crashed ships. Progress is slow, and materials are scarce, but the docks remain a critical part of [[Last Port|Last Port's]] infrastructure. If restored, these docks could maintain a sizeable fleet. Enough to at least defend the territory local to [[Last Port]].
